Waitrose NW6

This was a restaurant in fashionable West Hampstead. We agreed a surrender premium with the former tenant Pizza Express, lined up Waitrose on a new lease, project managed the planning application to change the use from A3 (restaurant) to A1 (supermarket) and forward sold the unit onto a pension fund. 

The Valentine IG2

This was a 2 storey pub opposite Gants Hill underground station, which we sold to a developer who has since built 321 student rooms over 10 storeys.

Alpha House NW5

This was a 34,000sq.ft. warehouse that our client Big Yellow acquired to redevelop into an 80,000sq.ft. self storage facility.

Canon House SM6

This was a 1980s office building with planning for 174 flats and 22,500sq.ft. of commercial space, which we secured for our client U&I plc off-market. They sold it 9 months later for over double the acquisition price.

The Cambridge Hotel GU15

After completing a pre-app, we sold this pub, hotel and night club onto a developer, who is redeveloping the site into 21 flats and commercial space.

Three Acre Site E3

We advised a housebuilder on the acquisition of a retail warehouse and industrial unit on a 3 acre site in East London. They are exploring plans to redevelop the site into over 500 luxury flats and have had the land valued at over double the acquisition price.

Matalan EN3

We sold this retail warehouse on Mollison Avenue, let to Matalan, to Blackrock.

Kelaty House HA9

We secured a lease on this 100,000sq.ft. warehouse for our fashion retailer client, at a below market rent, while the freeholders obtained planning permission.

Verney Road SE16

We advised an owner-occupier on the acquisition of this warehouse, at a below market price, while the owners redeveloped the rest of the site.

We sold this pub, let to Stonegate, to a private investor.

We advised a client to acquire this retail unit over ground and basement, let to Betfred.
