Paul Ratner read Economics, Politics and International Studies at Warwick University.

After working at hedge fund Circle-T Partners in New York and property development company Regional Investments in London, Paul founded Ratner Capital in 2009.

Although the Credit Crunch was challenging, he spearheaded the company from a fledgling start-up to a recognised brand in the commercial property industry, working with major companies such as Blackrock, LaSalle Investment Management, U+I plc and Waitrose.

Today, Ratner Capital is an active investment and development agency, proud of its past and excited about the future.
